For e.g Pav Bhaji, paneer butter masala, different chaats, chole bhature, butter-garlic noodles, Khakhra, Samosa and many more. - 2 decades of cooking experience - Arranging meal for a party or celebration - Cake baking is also one of my major expertise - Apart from this, I have expertise on multiple desserts like Gulab jamun, Jalebi, Homemade Ice-cream, Ghevar, Rasgullah etc. - I make spices packets (mix of all required spices based on dish) which you can simply use while cooking without remembering the quantity which is the major pain for many. - I also make special Tea masala along with different drinks (mocktails)
