I am an enthusiastic learner, and I believe teaching is two ways, where the student teaches the teacher some things, then in turn the teacher also teaches. I'm very easy to talk to, friendly, understanding and I always try my best to make the student learn in the most fun way possible and make sure that he understands, I teach in different ways by communicating in a friendly way to the students which makes it easier for the student to communicate his doubts towards me. I believe that teaching requires a level of connection between the teacher and the student and that really helps get the concepts across to the student. I studied hotel management for 4 years. Interned in the kitchen department twice for two hotels. Prior to this, I've been baking and cooking from the age of 12. My strengths in cooking include South Indian food, continental, Italian, middle Eastern food etc.

My classes are customized to students interests and timings. We can fix a day and time as per your convenience. We make and bake together for 2.5- 3 hours so that if you face any issue or have any questions it can be clarified immediately. I teach what you would like to learn specifically rather than a multitude of similar recipes. So usually its 2-3 items per class only. Discounted rates if you get a friend along otherwise charges are usually 2000-2500 depending on what we are learning.The focus is on learning techniques so that you can bake anything else later and use different recipes rather than learning just one item. Classes include learning how to bake cakes and decorate them . Seperate classes are held if you want to learn how to work with fondant , covering cakes and basic decorations . Equipment and ingredient list is shared a week ahead of the class after the payment .
