On the other hand Gym keep body fit and strong and flexible,gives shapes to muscles and there is chances of damage or injuries to body,if not practised properly. read less

Yoga is better.Gym is for youth only for body/muscle building.Mind & emotions not involved here.In yoga not only body,mind also involved.Yoga suits for all ages of people,no upper age limits.Yoga is for total health as preventive and curative also for some health issues.

Yoga for women, face and eyes yoga. 20 years of experience.

It's depends from person. When I was 20 years old, I preferred gym. But now, when I am 46, yoga is my life style.
