Some Yoga Exercises should be done Early morning with Empty stomach. Only precaution is keep the body light weight

Yes, Make sure you have aduquate time like 2 hours after food and 15 mins before food. Shower after and before yoga will give you a wonderful experience.

It is advised to have liquid half an hour before commencing yoga practice and half an hour after completing the practice. You should also remember food should be taken before 3 hours before starting yoga practice and gradual increase in time and repetitions is very very essential

If you are healthy person,no need to take any precautions .....But should start practice under a qualified yoga trainer. If you have any physical ailment,please share it with your trainer before starting the practice.
