Proper blood circulation towards pelvic area also will help in menstrual discomfort. Opening prlvic asana will help in that n will help to relax pelvec area. read less

Yoga tutor at home teaching since 20years

Yoga help to ease a discomfort in manstrual period.Bhujangasana,Marjarasana,Matsyasana and Setubandasana are very important but these are to be done before manstrual period.It is advisable not to do any practice during manstrual days.Rest is very important and breathing exercises.
