Yoga instructor with1year of experience, I have 6-7am & 4-5pm group batch going on

It's about ur choice n perspective....,if ur a person who needs motivation to workout groups are best to stay consistent 😊

So i suggest one can practice in groups to identify which asan is benefical for one the most and then practice privately. this would help one to spend enough time in a beneficial posture and extract its benefits the most. read less
