I am a certified yoga instructor who mainly targets therapeutic issues. I haver 12 students as of now and I believe in taking small number and not a crowd so that I can concentrate on each student. My class timings are 6 to 7 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and evening 7 to 8 pm on the same days. I have some success stories which are furnished below : I was always a fan of doing yoga but thanks to certain deviations and a little laziness, gave it a pause. Thanks a ton to the Madam who has been encouraging me to relook into it and am really glad for reconnecting back to yoga. Every class for me sounds like a new learning with so much detailing of what asana we do, how we should do, how much time to hold a pose, why we are doing it, how it benefits us etc. And the notes we receive including the request to read it, no guru goes to this level. . It's really encouraging and inspiring to see how aunty does a selfless service. I feel very happy now to make a productive start to my day. Also Aunty never steps back to pay personal attention , she never hesitates to personally call and understand our problems/pains and try to get to a solution on that. My Thyroid levels have already started coming down while I am working on my back pain, if I am dedicated I can see a betterment in that too.
