I have been in this profession for the past six years and have continuously provided online and offline classes. After completing my Post Graduation, I researched thoroughly and found that yoga and meditation have a greater bonding than we ever knew. Combining both would be the best to get the full benefits of yoga or meditation. It is with this understanding that I have started customizing my yoga classes. Here I provide different types of therapies for Musculoskeletal issues like Neck and back Spondylitis, Sciatica, Back pain, Varicose Veins and Knee.
