The same way the body acts on the summer- but the body fails in creating cold by itself but produces sweat- For which the YOGA does WONDERS to us.

The maximum percentage of people are well known about yoga and its benefits, But people fail to understand YOGA acts as a MEDICINE.

Surprising!!! Isn't it???

Yes, YOGA is a Medicine-If it can help you to get rid of the diseases and disorder- Shouldn't we call it as a MEDICINE.

COOLING PRANAYAMA:

Yoga is known to be exercise- But exercise is a part of yoga.

One of the limbs of the yoga is breathing. BREATHING in different frequencies and different form has significant action on our Nervous system and Endocrine, which is responsible for balancing the body temperature.
