I enjoy yoga and meditation. I am also working as a yoga therapist. Yoga has a deeper connection to Nature; that is why I mostly like to spend a lot of time amidst Nature. I also enjoy travelling to new places and providing training sessions to my students. I am glad to announce that the goodness of yoga is not only constrained within the boundaries of India, but many of my students have joined online yoga classes and reaped the benefits of practicing yoga. Yoga has always been a part of my life. It is why I have completed many certificate courses on it. Some popular ones from Asana Anndiappan College of Yoga are "500 Hours of Yoga Therapy Teacher Training'' and "200 Hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher training" and Ultimate Yoga Therapy mentored by Dr. Deepak Sachdeva, Medical Yoga Center, New Delhi. I have also completed Jean Di Carlo-Wagner, M.A., C-Yoga Therapist, The Art & Science of Teaching Yoga to Cancer Patients and Survivors. From ASSOCHAM INDIA2020, I have done the course on Illness to Wellness. There are many more courses to add to that list. You can find those from the ‘Education’ section mentioned in my profile. I have been in this profession for the past Nine years and have continuously provided online and offline classes. After completing my Post Graduation, I researched thoroughly and found that yoga and meditation have a greater bonding than we ever knew. Combining both would be the best to get the full benefits of yoga or meditation. It is with this understanding that I have started customizing my yoga classes. Here I provide different types of therapies for Musculoskeletal issues like Neck and back Spondylitis, Sciatica, Back pain, Varicose Veins and Knee. Lifestyle disorders like PCOD, Sinus, Anxiety, Stress Management, Post Natal session, etc., need to practice different types of yoga. You can attend my yoga classes in a group or as individuals. There are also couple yoga, corporate yoga, aromatherapy practitioner, and Sound healing yoga, which I train my students with. Hyperactive to the point of absolute and utter distraction. I tried channeling my energy by playing a lot of sports throughout school. As time passed and I grew older, the physical activity lessened and the mental activity increased. Part of growing up right? Growing up brings its own set of fears and inhibitions. Mix that with the rush to find and keep a job/career, the weight of basing your life on the opinions of others and it’s the perfect recipe for a stress laden lifestyle – which is exactly what happened with me.
