I am a RYS 200 certified yoga instructor teaching different styles of yoga asanas, pranayamas, yog nidra, meditation, abs exercises, power yoga, yog mudras to heal different health problems. I have been actively teaching yoga for about 2.5 years in my institute apartment , online classes with happy and satisfied students. I am keen to take personal classes for people to help them out with their different health problems.
