It is more than physical postures that stretch the muscles. The unique quality that yoga has is that it connects the movements of your body with the fluctuations of your mind and the rhythm of your breath. If we workout on gym and coming out and working out on yoga and coming out both are diffrent . After completing yoga session you feels lots of difference than you work on gym This is my experience so I do like yoga a lot It's changed my life read less
