Just an example : If you take yoga and gym ,gym work on extire body only in the physical way and the changes happening iside the body is different whereas in yoga it's also full body workout but it's also works on inner body and also he or she will change in all aspects. It is more than physical postures that stretch the muscles. The unique quality that yoga has is that it connects the movements of your body with the fluctuations of your mind and the rhythm of your breath.
