Add warm water and a few drops of dish soap into a spray bottle. Spritz your mat with the solution then scrub it firmly with a microfiber cloth. Don't be too vigorous with your scrubbing though, since you want to keep the naturally sticky nature of your mat intact.

The most important thing is Treat your yoga mat like Devine. You can't enter in temple with shoes right. So avoid come with shoes on mat. And coming to cleaning just use peace of cloth and wash by water regularly. Simple right 😊 Thank you.

Wiping with shampoo Foam is the best way. it returns the texture and condition of the mat for long time.
