You may start bhakti yoga by reciting affirmation or Mantra .but I personally prefer affirmation which treat our subconscious more than anything.

Hi, Number of hours doesn’t matter. As long as as your dedication is continuous. I would suggest Svyasa university.

I am getting tired after doing Yoga and I am feeling drowsy. Can I take a nap? Is this common?
If you are getting tired after the Yogic practice, you can take a short nap or Yog Nidra. I think you check your blood, maybe you may be short of Haemoglobin (iron).
