Origin of hatha Yoga is Lord Shiva, known as first exponant of Yoga. Swami Swatmaram wrote Hathyogpradipika and explained about Hatha Yoga. 'H' and 'TH" are considered as Atma and Paramatma, Sun and Moon, Aakash and Prithvi, Left and Right etc.
