Super Brain Yoga, a technique that involves specific movements combined with breath control, has been promoted as a way to enhance cognitive function and improve mental clarity. However, scientific evidence supporting its effectiveness is limited and inconclusive. While some anecdotal reports suggest benefits such as increased focus and improved mood, rigorous scientific studies validating these claims are lacking. Additionally, the mechanisms by which Super Brain Yoga purportedly works are not well-understood or supported by scientific research. That said, engaging in physical activity, including yoga and other forms of exercise, is generally beneficial for brain health and cognitive function. So while Super Brain Yoga may not have the miraculous effects sometimes claimed, incorporating it as part of a holistic approach to brain health, along with other lifestyle factors like regular exercise, healthy diet, and mental stimulation, could potentially be beneficial. read less

Yes it does, super brain yoga is nothing but what we used to do in class as kids when our teachers used to scold us. Sitting in squat position, pulling our ears. And US is very smart, it has rebranded that as super brain yoga. This position makes your brain very sharp as there are certain accupressure points in our brain, and those get activated when we practice this. That's why in schools in India, if a student made a mistake they were made to sit in squat position and pull their ears. This position increases your awareness too, helping the student become more aware and eventually make less mistakes. read less
