And it helpful for weight control, Blood circulation,Active,Strengthen the muscles & bones,Enlarging the heart muscle to improve its pumping efficiency & reduce the resting heart rate,Reducing blood pressure & blood sugar, Increasing the total number of red blood cells in the body, Stress relieving and relaxation.
