Place your four fingers on your eyes and press your thumb finger on your ear nobso that u cant hera a minute sound and mumb your mouth and start saying OM internally with taking deep breath as u end Om exhale slowly and end Om inahale exhale only form nose and mouth Mumb ..you can feel a elctricity producing between your...  more»
