It is advisable to start after 8 year's age, as early as possible. But there is no wrong age to start after 8 under the supervision of a qualified yoga instructor.

Mantra is comes from the sanskrit word 'mantrana' which is means suggestions. The mantra are usually in sanskrit special words uses to influence specific deity . The phonetics of the mantras capability to heal the seven chakras , imbalance of which is root cause of all problems . The mantra are effective when it is chant repetitively following all rules of chanting. Mantra chant vibrations effects brains which regulates whole body.
