It's not pseudo science! In fact it is more than science! Whole Science and is based on assumptions though If I talk about Yoga considered to be a science then it is totally justifies science parameters. In fact it goes beyond science. I can summarise it to by one example..yoga includes breath work which is directly connected to your nervous system which controls your body&mind hence it balances your whole body & mind.
