I have completed Diploma in Yogic Education from Government of Maharashtra in 2011-12. Since then I have been teaching Yoga in various capacities. I have done 300 Hours Yoga Instructors Course from VYASA University Bangalore in 2020. Recently in 2023 I got my International Yoga Allianz 200hours RYT Certificate from Nirakula Yoga Institute, Bangalore. I have 8 years of teching experience to different age groups.

Being an Architect/Interior designer, I bring in a lot of interest and creativity into formulating my yoga class so that the hour of yoga does not become boring....as yoga is sometimes termed as! My lesson plan typically consists of warm up exercises, asanas, relaxation and stress relieving techniques, pranayam and/or meditation....all woven into an interesting flow which defers from class to class and per individual need. I also have a certification in Vinyasa. This helps in adding a small sequence of asanas into the regular traditional yoga asanas. I have conducted worshops for special children at Bal Sanskar kendra, Aundh, Pune as a part of my contribution to mankind. As far as my credentials are concerned, I have a international teacher's training certification from Mysore School and am also registered in Yoga Alliance. Prior to that I did a certificate course from Kaivalyadham yoga Institute, affiliated to Pune University. All these have really helped me in becoming an accomplished yoga teacher.
