I am in clinical practice since 15 years and and after completion of my PGDYT I have started yoga therapy first to my patients as per their requirements and disease conditions . It was good experience and still giving me satisfaction that I am helping them with Yoga therapy. Then for generral fitness and wellness I have started batches and running it with satisfaction . Also I am training some children for yoga competitions as they are more flexible. We are enjoing the sessions and feeling very happy .
