Meditation techniques can be followed according to the convenience of the person. Meditation is best done with sitting in a quite place and closing the eyes with.either choosing a music or chanting mantras. This creates a calmness effect in the mind

To meditate, find a quiet place and sit comfortably. Close your eyes, relax your body, and focus on your breath. Notice each inhale and exhale, letting thoughts come and go without judgment. Start with a few minutes and gradually increase the time as you become more comfortable.

With your eyes closed, simply breathe in while saying "breathe in" in your head as you do. Then breathe out and say "breathe out". For the next 20 minutes or so, your aim is to focus on this circular breath and the simple words in your head as much as possible.

The easiest way to enter in a meditative state is practicing ANAPANSATI. That is watching the incoming breath and outgoing breath without any judgement or intention. If you are able to practice it even for 5 minutes daily, you will find positive changes in you.
