What will happen if India claims intellectual property right on yoga?

yoga is for everyone and some time we do it by our unconscious mind so there is no mater who have right to do it or not to do it. Not only that yoga means right posture so its up on you what you wants to do so as my point of view those are actually intellectual person they never claim on it.
