I am very good as a personal trainer as well as group instructor.
Any physical problem I can help them out at any age group. Have a good skill in weight reduction and getting in to good body shape.
Have experience in pregnancy yoga. As a B SC nurse have good experiments and experiences with my patients who suffered from Diabetes and Hypertension.
Basically I'm a B SC nurse, having 27 years is experience in my nursing carrier. I inspired by SWAMi Sivananda teachings. Year 2000 I started to practice yoga on my own with the help of Sivananda books. With in three months of period all my body and mind issues are disappeared with out any medicine and with out consulting the doctor.
I myself transformed in to a new person, yoga helped me physically,mentally, emotionally and spiritually also. So Yoga became Passion for me. I started to experiment on my patients and the results were Amazing. Started to practice as a personal trainer for a group of Big people. Yoga became part of my life.
With encouragement of well-wishers I became more and more confident in yoga teacher.
I have done RYS500 level course in Swami Sivananda yoga Vedanta centre, Vancouver, Canada BC. My master name is Sri Venu. Linage Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu devananda. My guru is direct disciple of Swami Vishnu.
My wish is to have a medicine less hospitals. It may not possible, but who ever comes to no longer to take medicine.
I love to teach, train and live in Yoga till end of my life. Thanks. Jayasree
