We can overcome the pain to the maximum extent without disturbing our Sansaari life (worldly life) by adopting various methods appropriately without copying other's lifestyle because each human body is different at the individual level.

The yogic process allows everyone to adopt certain things according to their requirements. It’s not a stop-gap arrangement that one gets into yoga practice for a short time to address some ailments and discontinues. It’s a beautiful way of life.

Each breath the way you breathe helps in overall wellbeing, each bite of the meal the way we chew(32 times) and swallow, it helps to keep diseases away. It’s all about living with awareness, love and compassion.
