My journey with meditation began with a curiosity to understand the mind, awareness, and the deeper dimensions of human experience. Over time, my interest expanded beyond meditation as simply a relaxation technique. I became deeply interested in traditional Indian approaches to consciousness, particularly the practices described in Vigyan Bhairav Tantra and other contemplative traditions. Through consistent personal practice, study, and experimentation, I have explored breath awareness, observation of thoughts and sensations, concentration, mindfulness, and meditative practices involving the body and subtle awareness. My approach is rooted in direct experience while remaining open to perspectives from psychology and modern neuroscience. Experience in Meditation Over the years, meditation has become an important part of my personal exploration and practice. I have worked with different techniques, including breath-based meditation, awareness practices, concentration, visualization, and practices inspired by the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra tradition. I have also shared these practices with others through meditation sessions and workshops, helping participants approach meditation in a practical and experiential way rather than treating it only as a theoretical subject. My intention is to make meditation accessible while respecting its traditional roots. I focus on helping people develop greater awareness of their breath, thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and present-moment experience. Alongside traditional practices, I am interested in understanding meditation through contemporary perspectives such as psychology, neuroscience, attention, stress regulation, and mental well-being. My ongoing journey involves both practice and study, with an emphasis on experiencing, questioning, and understanding rather than simply accepting concepts.
