Hi there! I'm Ritu, Yoga Teacher and a Human resource professional with 10+ years of corporate experience. As an instructor, my aim is to create a safe space for students, guiding and working with them on their individual journey. I started Yoga eight years ago primarily for weight loss and exercise but over the years the practice and journey has helped me evolve immensely in every aspect of my life. I have been dedicated practitioner ever since, certified 500+ hours and teaching for close to two years now in Mexico, Mysore and recently at a wellness resort in South Goa.
