All activities are taught with interactive session and fun activities. I also undertake personal coaching for moms to be and first time moms, teaching them about do's n don't, decode the myths of pregnancy, superfooda for lactation n nursing, all about diapering, baby shower, how to make diaper cake, cute keepsakes of little one from prenatal ro post natal, health n fitness session for moms, baby food recipes, bottle feeding and many other topics covered for modern moms. I also conduct regular fun activities for dads and kids/ mommy and kids.
