Hath Yoga is simple and easy and gental form of yoga and keeping focus on physical postures and breath control. There are 7 limbs which cleanses body and mind.On the other hand Asthang yoga more focus on physical Asanas.There are 8 limbs in Asthsng yoga which on behaviour steps and Discipline .
