Yoga tutor at home teaching since 20years

When empty mind thought negative thoughts I had firstly heard about yoga. Yoga improve confidence and relax mind I practised yoga and I have experienced a lot of benefits through practice of asanas and pranayam when I joined yoga practice after few days.

I was suffering with severe back pain when I was working as Field Officer in a nationalised bank roaming villages with bad roads on bike.Took medicines(2 injections at a time) immediate relief but again recurring with more pain.Then somebody advised me yoga.Immediatly I joined (36 yrs aged) yoga class,became yoga teacher continuing practice & teaching yoga even now (63 years aged).No traces of Back pain not only in my life but also in thousands of my students.As Buy one get many style,I started yoga for back pain but my severe allergy(running nose) cured immediately.Later many many health benefits as evidenced by my health history of no medicine,no doctor and lot of savings in terms of happyness,peace,time & lastly money which again I am spending through my free yoga classes non stop till my last breath. read less
