Practice yoga better on empty stomach. Or 3 hours after food. Before yoga better to drink water. After 2-3 hour yoga practice you may have healthy breakfast or lunch or dinner. Healthy — means vegetarian diet. Not oily or over fry. Just simple yogi food.
