Actualy Yoga class time we can use Prefer to wear loose and stretchable clothes like cotton legging, track paint, loose cotton trouser, top or T-Shirt don't use other wear on that moment's. Thank you.....

Basically one in which you are not conscious while practicing. One which allows for the free body movements. Usually cotton material is preferred, as it helps the body to breath.
