- Knee Rotations ( Janu Sanchalan)

- Hip Rotations ( Jaghan/ Kati Sanchalan)

- Lateral Bending ( Ardha Kati Chakrasana )

- Torso Twisting ( Ardha Kati Chakrasana )

- Shoulder Rotations ( Skand Sanchalan)

- Elbow Rotations (Moorpark Sanchalan )

- Wrist Rotations (Manibandha Sanchalan)

- Neck Rotations ( Greeva Sanchalan)

Along with the above they are advisable to practice tadasana

( Standing mountain pose) & once a week eye exercises)

Followed by trataka : candle flame gazing which will help them not just to improve their eyesight but also to improve their concentration skills.
