Yoga can not be overrated ever yoga can do everything which other type of work out can't... Yoga can relax 💆, yoga makes you strong💪, gives you more control in your body every activities we r doing in the gym 🏋🚴💪it all related to yoga 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️
