Taken classes parts of bangalore, 8yrs of experiance teaching power yoga,pregnancy yoga, ashtanga yoga

its a problem of dizziness ...for this pranayam nd meditation can b useful...aum chanting good for this..asanas very selected one should teach...any asanas which facing downwards r upwards prohibited..with experianced yoga teacher only anyone go for doing yoga...
