Yoga is Good for your health & your soul.

at first look for a well experienced professional teacher and go slow initially. Try an introductory class or one-on-one instruction to get a good foundation before you move up to more advanced poses.

If you are beginner always starts with basic asanas and listen instructions properly . Practice in a peaceful environment so that nobody or nothing can distract you during practice and you can perform mindfulness asan.
