One extreme view suggests- Yoga is a path of self-realisation and attainment of enlightenment with a balanced and sound mind-body. We all require specific skills to learn yoga techniques, but we all have limited time.

Yoga is an ancient science that helps to regulate blood flow and circulation in human body organs, thus removing toxins from systems and providing necessary oxygen for its nourishment which is essential for productivity, rejuvenation and active lifestyle.

In our view, one should have basic knowledge of the eight limbs of yoga to start his path towards his yoga journey, and these are:

  1. Yama(abstinences)-External discipline
  2. Niyama(Observances)-Internal discipline
  3. Asana-(Yoga postures)

  3. Dharna-Concentration
  4. Dhyana-Meditation
