Do not get confused by types. Start meditating and you'll know your own type. When you meditate all categorizations get dissolved. The meditative state is the same, however you may reach it.

Yes Manshi, there are many. If you ask a question I should answer not to start preaching you. You must know that Every body is meditating in some way but unknowingly. And so get result accordingly.

Meditation can be done in different ways like Chanting OM mantra, with Jyoti (Light), Image, Thoughts, Nad dhyan... one should practise which He/She feels comfortable with.
