Yoga also helps in weight loss but one has to practice everyday for at least 1hr for about 3months. What we do is , we try Yoga for a month & if no weight loss is there we shift to Gym . Dont eat rice in night. Do Surya Namaskar of 10 sets, i.e. 13 rounds is one set so like that 10 sets. Paschimatan asan, Veer Bhadra Asan, Pawan Mukta Asan. Also do your walks it will help you.
