Harshad J replied | 19/07/2016

NO. If you had your lunch, then you should wait ideally for Four Hours. .Only asan you can do after eating is Vajra Asan
which will help to speed up your Digestion.
If you had Tea and two biscuits, or a Fruit please wait for Two hours.
If you practice immediately after eating you will not get the desire result, on the contrary it will have negative impact on your body.

Actually NO , because yoga mainly depends upon our breath . when to inhale & when to exhale . secondly if you are doing wrong posture then also you need help ,which a book or an online instructor can't help you in , So you need a yoga instructor to teach you properly with the benfits for each posture .

The inner sound is called as the Nadham, and is worshiped as the Nadabrahmam. The inner sound or mystical sound can be heard in the pratyahara or dharana stage of meditation, which is substantially a higher meditative stage which most people have not achieved. This stage is heard only in deep meditation stages, and as stated in yogic texts like shiva samhita and hatha yoga pradipika says that it could be heard during the karna andhara process or cleaning the ear with the index finger. This is one kind of a dhauti procedure. To begin with you can start concentrating on your breath, and a later stage on your heartbeat to first turn your attention inward into the body. Once you are done with this process say about 15-20 days, and 1 hour of asana and 10 minutes of dhyana practice, you could do brahmari pranayama as described by Bihar school of Yoga.... Brahmari is a classical pranayama that is used for relaxation, where the attention towards the internal nada awakens the psyche..... «less
