I am a Yoga therapist, instructor and practitioner. Yoga has changed my life, be it physically or mentally and spreading that is what I aim to do in my classes. I have about 3 years of experience in teaching, combined with my knowledge, my classes are designed uniquely for everyone treating every body differently. I ha ve been trained with gurus all over the country and my classes incorporate a little bit of everything including guided meditations, pranayama,asana, kinetic movement drills that will suit your body and reap all the benefits yoga has to offer.
