As the founder of Hatha Yoga, I have dedicated 38 years of my life to sharing the transformative practice of yoga with individuals around the world. My primary goal has always been to make the benefits of yoga accessible to all, regardless of age, background, or experience level. With 45 years of personal experience in yoga practice and teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to my students.

My journey in yoga began decades ago, driven by a deep desire to explore the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of yoga in my own life and the lives of countless others. This personal journey has inspired me to devote myself to teaching and sharing the practice of Hatha Yoga with others.

Through practical sessions, both offline and online for international clients, I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where students can explore the principles and techniques of Hatha Yoga. Each session lasts for one hour, allowing ample time for students to engage in asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation practices.

While I do not rely on any specific resources or tools during my sessions, I draw upon my extensive experience and deep understanding of yoga philosophy to guide students on their journey. My teaching approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and a deep respect for the individual needs and abilities of each student.

For me, yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic path to health, happiness, and spiritual growth. Through my teachings, I aim to inspire others to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them, leading to greater well-being and fulfillment in their lives.
