Anything that you do with passion and awareness requires your focus and mindfulness. Life is meaningless without mindfulness. You don't have to sit in a meditative posture for hours together to practice mindfulness...it can be done while working, while walking, while playing with your child etc...just be aware of your breath and focus on your body matter what you are doing. read less
