I enjoy yoga and meditation. I am also working as a yoga therapist. Yoga has a deeper connection to Nature; that is why I mostly like to spend a lot of time amidst Nature. I also enjoy travelling to new places and providing training sessions to my students. I have also completed Jean Di Carlo-Wagner, M.A., C-Yoga Therapist, The Art & Science of Teaching Yoga to Cancer Patients and Survivors. From ASSOCHAM INDIA2020, I have done the course on Illness to Wellness. There are many more courses to add to that list. You can find those from the ‘Education’ section mentioned in my profile. I have been in this profession for the past Nine years and have continuously provided online and offline classes. After completing my Post Graduation, I researched thoroughly and found that yoga and meditation have a greater bonding than we ever knew.
