For the past six years, I have immersed myself in the practice and teaching of yoga, specializing in Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa. My journey into yoga began out of a deep-seated interest in this ancient practice, and I have since pursued advanced training at a reputable yoga institute.
My passion for yoga has been a guiding force in my life, and I have dedicated myself to sharing its profound benefits with others.

My teaching journey has taken me to a yoga institute where I have had the privilege of training over 170 clients. Through my teaching, I aim to inspire individuals of all ages to embrace the practice of yoga for their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

My teaching approach encompasses both online and offline modes, ensuring that I can reach and guide students regardless of their location or preferences. I welcome students of all age groups, recognizing that yoga is a practice that can benefit individuals at any stage of life.
