I teach Self-Defence and Meditation and have been actively training students for the past 10 years. Over this period, I have worked with individuals from different age groups, helping them build physical awareness, mental calmness, and self-discipline. My sessions are designed to empower students with practical skills that can be applied in real-life situations. I have completed my graduation in Commerce and also hold a personal training certification, which has strengthened my understanding of physical training, body movement, and discipline. Along with academic learning, my hands-on training experience has shaped my ability to guide students safely and effectively in both self-defence and meditation practices. My teaching experience is mainly through offline sessions, where I focus on direct interaction and close observation of each student’s progress. I believe self-defence is most effective when taught through practice, repetition, and awareness rather than theory alone. Meditation sessions are integrated to help students develop focus, emotional control, and inner balance. I follow a practical and step-by-step teaching approach, concentrating on real-life self-defence techniques that are simple, effective, and easy to remember. Each session includes guided practice, movement correction, and continuous reinforcement so that students gradually build confidence in their abilities. I make my classes engaging by encouraging active participation and open communication. I demonstrate techniques live, observe students closely, and provide immediate corrections to ensure proper execution and safety. Creating a supportive and motivating environment is a key part of my teaching style. My aim is to help students become more aware, confident, and mentally strong through consistent training. I am a Btech graduate, MBA student and an HR professional working with Accenture for 4+ years now. Outside of my work, I pursue my passion towards Hindustani vocals, yoga, and Ayurveda. I have practised yoga from my childhood and from last six months, I am receiving a professional education in Yoga at Ramakrishna Math from my Gurus Swami Bodhmayananda Ji Maharaj, Sri Dhananjay Deshpande sir, and Livankar sir. Meanwhile, I had been fortunate to have taught 200+ 3-5th standard students during summer camp at Ramakrishna math. I had also taken a 15-day yoga course at another summer camp at Telangana public school.

I have been taking yoga classes for different age groups for the past 10years. I will take a class for male and female i .e.. Suryanamaskara, Asanas, pranayama(breathing exercises), meditation, Stretches for body pains etc.,...depending upon their requirement, I will design a yoga class by discussing with them. Also, I will take therapy classes for different health problems i.e.diabetic, hypertension, back pain, neck pain, knee pain, obesity, thyroid problems and general yoga and meditation for stress relief, Stretches for body pain relief. Pranayama and Sukshmavyayama for old people by sitting on a chair they can carry on. The number of classes would be depending upon the person's flexibility of the body and time as well. Most of my clients benefited from health issues and obesity.
