I enjoy yoga and meditation. I am also working as a yoga therapist. Yoga has a deeper connection to Nature; that is why I mostly like to spend a lot of time amidst Nature. I also enjoy travelling to new places and providing training sessions to my students. I am glad to announce that the goodness of yoga is not only constrained within the boundaries of India, but many of my students have joined online yoga classes and reaped the benefits of practicing yoga.
