I have been taking yoga classes for different age groups for the past 10years. I will take a class for male and female i .e.. Suryanamaskara, Asanas, pranayama(breathing exercises), meditation, Stretches for body pains etc.,...depending upon their requirement, I will design a yoga class by discussing with them.
Also, I will take therapy classes for different health problems i.e.diabetic, hypertension, back pain, neck pain, knee pain, obesity, thyroid problems and general yoga and meditation for stress relief, Stretches for body pain relief.

Pranayama and Sukshmavyayama for old people by sitting on a chair they can carry on.

The number of classes would be depending upon the person's flexibility of the body and time as well.
