First let us understand the reasons for your 360 degree shift from computer sciences to HR? They are two diversed fields. If your interest was in HR then why did you do BE in CSE? I would suggest that you stick to your own line, as you have a full fledged degree in CSE in hand.

Its preferred. But going to Recruitment, does not need MBA.. If you want to go into generalist field, yes MBA would be good

No, I think MBA is not mandatory to become HR generalist. You should learn while working with a HR Solutions company to gain knowledge.

Hi Mukesh! Sure, you can become an HR generalist without an MBA - I would recommend you take a FREE online course on one of the many options available to understand the basics of what an HR generalist job description does. You will need to be good at communication, both written and spoken, and should be able to relate to employee questions on any related HR topic. Given that you have a technical background, I would think it a great cross-functional career experience. However, be aware that HR generalists in non-IT companies may not pay very highly. You can look at startups for gaining experience at low pay and then look for a higher paying role.
